— Trinity Construction and Build

Every trade in-house. One company, foundation to finish.

We own concrete, foundations, framing, and hardscape — no subcontractor hand-offs, no markup layers, no blame-shifting when the schedule shifts.

Close environmental shot of residential framing in progress under natural overcast daylight — exposed wall studs and header beams in the foreground, concrete foundation slab visible at the base, open sky through the unfinished window openings, no people, raw lumber texture prominent

The work stays in-house

Concrete, foundations, framing, hardscape — we hold the license and put our own crew on site. Fewer handoffs means faster problem-solving when conditions change.

Site visit before any scope

Every project starts with a physical walk of the property — soil, grade, existing structure. We look at the actual conditions before we commit to a number.

Built for decades, not the sale

Structural decisions — foundation depth, rebar spec, drainage — are made for the long run. The unit or addition has to perform for 40 years, not just pass inspection.

Transparent pricing. Permit and build partner.

One licensed contractor who carries the project from permit drawings to the finished slab — no coordination layer, no markup passed through.
