— Six Services. One Crew.

Every trade in-house. Foundation to finish.

ADUs, concrete, additions, foundations, hardscape—Trinity pulls the permits and does the work. No subcontractor handoffs. No markup layers between you and the crew on your site.

/ What We Build

Scope by scope. All in-house.

Accessory Dwelling Units

Concrete Work

Home Additions

Backyard units, garage conversions, detached studios. Trinity handles zoning, permits, utilities, and the structural build from slab to roof.

Slabs, flatwork, driveways, retaining walls, and structural pours. Mixed and placed by our own crew—no third-party concrete sub.

Kitchen expansions, room additions, second-story builds. We tie the new structure into the existing home at every layer—framing, utilities, finish.

Foundations

Hardscape Design

Hardscape Installation

New pours, repairs, underpinning, and seismic retrofits. We read the soil, engineer the solution, and place the concrete ourselves.

Site plans, material selection, drainage logic, and layout. Design is done on-site with the actual conditions in front of us—not from a catalog.

Patios, driveways, retaining walls, and walkways set by the same crew that designed them. Base prep, material placement, and grading done in sequence.

+ Trade Ownership

Same crew digs it. Same crew finishes it.

When concrete, framing, and hardscape all sit under one company, scheduling problems resolve on-site—not in an email chain between separate subs.

Transparent pricing follows from this directly. No markup layers. You see what each scope costs because we hold each trade.
